30th Annual Crossdresser’s Getaway Weekend
November 2 to November 6, 2016

Come celebrate our 30th annivesary with us at the 2016 Beauty And The Beach.

You have a choice of a Wednesday, Thursday, or (new) Friday (solo only) afternoon arrival. Check-in starts at 4:00 pm each day. Wednesday and Thursday packages include your lodging for 4 or 3 nights, a welcome reception, 3 parties, all meals, taxes and gratuity. The Friday package includes your lodging for 2 nights, 2 parties,and all meals, taxes and gratuity. No one else puts a package together like this.

The 2016 rates are:

  • Double Occupancy (two people to a room or couples)
    • Wed thru Sun: $920 per person, $1070 after July 1, 2016
    • Thurs thru Sun: $730 per person, $880 after July 1, 2016

     

  • Single Occupancy (you’re in the room by yourself)
    • Wed thru Sun: $1140, $1290 after July 1, 2016
    • Thurs thru Sun: $955, $1105 after July 1, 2016
    • NEW! Fri-Sun: $700 (solo rooms only), $850 after July 1, 2016
  • Extra Days before Wed. or after Sunday: $105/day

Everything except your bar and vendor services are included in the prices above – all activities, lodging, 3 meals a day, taxes and gratuity. A $300 deposit (refundable) will hold your reservation.

Make checks and money orders payable to CDS and mail with the downloadable Registration Form to PO Box 97, Riverdale MD 20738-0097.

Cancellations & Refunds – Read Carefully!

Deposit: A $350 deposit per person is required to make a reservation. Full payment is due by September 14, 2016.

Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations prior to September 14, 2016 will receive a full 100% refund. Cancellations from September 15, 2016 to October 10, 2016 will receive a refund of any monies paid less a $150 service fee.

No refunds for cancellations after October 10, 2016 as we will have to pay for the room and meals anyway.

Only full payments are accepted after Sept. 14, 2016, no deposits. No personal checks are accepted after Sept. 1, 2014. We do accept Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. Any questions email JoAnn Roberts.
